Motorcyclist critically injured in collision
The Windsor Police Service is investigating a vehicle collision that left a motorcyclist with life-threatening injuries.
At approximately 9:30 p.m. on June 22, 2025, police responded to reports of a crash involving a motorcycle at the intersection of Dougall Avenue and the westbound on-ramp to the E.C. Row Expressway. An initial investigation revealed that a motorcycle travelling southbound on Dougall Ave. collided with an SUV that was turning westbound onto the expressway on-ramp.
The 28-year-old motorcyclist was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the SUV remained at the scene and is co-operating with investigators.
The intersection was closed to traffic for several hours as members of the Windsor Police Collision Reconstruction Unit conducted their investigation.
The investigation is ongoing.
